Tav is the last. Between them lies all that exists \u2014 and this is precisely the word that appears in the first verse of creation: \u05d0\u05ea (et), the Alef and the Tav written side by side, united.<\/p>\n<p>In the Kabbalah tradition, Alef represents the spiritual dimension: the breath, unity, the light of origin. Tav represents the material dimension: the dense, concrete world in which we live \u2014 the world where everything is born, falls ill and grows old. Two dimensions that seem separate, but which ancient wisdom teaches are neighbours: the distance between them is a span. A threshold. One door next to the other.<\/p>\n<p>AlefTav exists to open that door.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What is the Chamber?<\/p>\n<p>The ancients knew this secret and built it in stone. At the heart of the Temple in Jerusalem lay a completely enclosed chamber, without windows, into which no light entered \u2014 the Holy of Holies. It was not an empty place: it was the exact point where the spiritual dimension touched matter. There, in total darkness, dwelt the Presence. One entered for a set time \u2014 and emerged transformed.<\/p>\n<p>Before the Temple, there was the Cave of Machpelah \u2014 \u2018the double\u2019 \u2014 which tradition describes as the place where this world and the next overlap. A double cave: two levels, two worlds, a single entrance.<\/p>\n<p>AlefTav is a space built on this very principle: a dedicated, prepared and reserved environment where \u2014 for a set period of time \u2014 the spiritual dimension is brought closer to this material dimension, so that it can be experienced in a real way.<\/p>\n<p>It is not an abstract concept, a lecture or a reading.
