Integrative and Complementary Bioenergy Therapy is welcomed and recognized by Brazilian legislation and the World Health Organization (WHO), through, for example, the National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices of the SUS (BRAZIL), which states:

« … bioenergetics uses a vitalistic view of the human being and the world, takes a holistic look at the subject’s health, makes use of non-invasive therapeutic resources, based on a secure human connection… that seek to enhance people’s vitality. »
